

Angel Tompkins photographed on location for the Sunday Times Magazine in Hollywood for the article "Molls of the Moment." The editorial was by a long-time Duffy collaborator Meriel McCooey and Published on February 3rd, 1974.
Starting out as a model in Chicago, Tompkins was discovered by Woody Allen, who sent her to Universal Pictures, where she started her acting career in the late 1960s. At the time of the feature, Tompkins had starred in the now cult film "Little Cigars" (1973), received a Golden Globe nomination for her part in "I Love My Wife" (1971) and appeared in Playboy magazine due to her role in "Prime Cut" (1972) with Lee Marvin and Gene Hackman.
During this excursion, Duffy also shot Joanna Cassidy in front of the iconic Hollywood sign. She is best known for her roles as the replicant Zhora in Ridley Scott’s "Blade Runner" (1982) and Dolores in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (1988). At the time of the article, she was working on "The Outfit" by director John Flynn.
Also, Katherine Baumann, who at the time had just starred in an episode of "M*A*S*H." Michelle Phillips and Juanita Brown were also photographed for the feature.
