The general terms & conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the user (hereafter referred to as the customer) and the trader Duffy Archive Limited (hereafter referred to as DARC) belonging to the company whose headquarters is situated at Unit 9, Harts barn, Monmouth Road, Longhope GL17 0QD
Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. DARC maintains that, by confirming your order , you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These terms and conditions of sale are important to you, the customer, and DARC as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

There are three ways to place an order;
1. Through the internet by using the web portal www.duffyarchive.com and ordering online and paying via Paypal
2. Order Email via firstname.lastname@example.org
3. By placing your order in writing and posting the order and payment to Duffy Archive Limited, Unit 9, Harts barn, Monmouth Road, Longhope GL17 0QD
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible and normally within 48 hours however we reserve the right to take up to 28 days for delivery should circumstances beyond our control affect despatch.
Customers will automatically receive an email confirmation of any purchases made via PayPal. Should the customer dispute or notice any discrepancies with the order DARC must be contacted immediately to resolve the matter.
DARC will fully refund all monies for goods if the customer is not entirely satisfied with the goods within 7 days of delivery however the customer must notify DARC either by email or writing within those 7 days. Delivery back to DARC will be the customers responsibility unless otherwise agreed by DARC. For printed materials a restocking fee of £25.00 will be applicable for each item.
