Duffy's 4th cover for Vogue for the December 1960 Christmas Issue. The model is wearing a three-shaded pink organza coif made by Paris-born milliner Simone Mirman, who was best known for her designs for the British Royal Family.

The issue featured an article titled "I don't know fashion, but I know what I like", shot by Duffy. The feature included Tom Courtenay,  Frank Norman, Lionel Bart, Leo McKern, Kenneth More, Jeremy Spenser, and Ron Moody.
