The model is Ursula Andress. The photograph was taken at the time the James Bond spoof film 'Casino Royale' (1967) was being filmed at Shepperton Studios. Andress starred in the film as Vesper Lynd. She is modeling a white acetate and green PVC helmet designed for the film by James Wedge.

Ursula Andress' became internationally famous in 'Dr. No' (1962) as Honey Rider, the shell diver. This gave her the title of the original 'Bond Girl' and won her a Golden Globe award for 'New Star of the Year' in 1964.
