

Jeremy Spenser (b.16 July 1937) is a British actor who made his screen debut at the age of 11 in the 1948 production of Anna Karenina. He acted alongside Laurence Olivier, Marilyn Monroe, and Orson Welles. In the 1960s, Spenser retired from acting.
Shot by Duffy in 1960 for the Christmas issue of Vogue for which Duffy also provided the cover. The article titled - "I Don't Know About Fashion, but I Know What I Like" included Tom Courtenay, Frank Norman, Lionel Bart, Leo McKern, Kenneth More, and Ron Moody.
Jeremy Spenser is pictured with model Marie Lise-Gres. The dress is described as a 'Sleeveless, box-pleated dress in grey and black tartan wool, with a hipbone waist and ditto belt.' Available from Bazaar, Chelsea, which later became Mary Quant.
