Ritz Magazine - David Shilling - 1977

London born David Shilling began designing hats for his mother Gertrude in 1968 at the age of twelve. The hats were for her to wear to the Ascot Races and He continued to make them until her death in 1999. Shilling opened his first store in Marylebone High Street in 1976 and continues to make made to order hats and works as a well respected fine artist.
