Duffy shot 10 covers for the magazine throughout the 1970's featuring Jean Shrimpton, Barbara Hulaniki, Paulene Stone, Barbara Miller, and many others.

The Telegraph Magazine was launched as a competitor to The Sunday Times Magazine. Originally titled "The Weekend Telegraph Magazine" it changed its title in 1967. When the Sunday Times launched its colour magazine supplement in 1962, all of the other newspapers followed with their own competing versions. Along with the Observer and Sunday Times Magazine, Duffy provided images for all of the Sunday Newspaper supplements throughout his career.
