This was Duffy's debut cover for French Elle magazine. The model poses in Paris wearing a dress from the 1963 Chanel collection.
For this issue, Duffy also took a group of models to Chamonix.
On page 8 a model stands before the tunnel through Mont Blanc which connects Chamonix in France and Courmayeur in Italy. In 1962 the tunnel had only just broken through and was still under construction until it's inauguration in 1965.
