The Duffy Archive have two of our album covers (Lodger & Scary Monsters) featured in the recently announced David Bowie Box Set. This covers David’s period in Berlin and here we see a behind the scene image from the Lodger shoot. Coco Schwab is in the studio with Anthony Clavet (deceased) who was the make up artist and adhered the wires to David’s face which were gently pulled to give a distorted impression of him falling. For more information on any of the five shoots that Duffy shot with David please visit the duffyphotographer website for news, video’s and images. #davidbowie #parlophone #lodger #cocoschwab #anthonclavet #boxset #berlinperiod #setbuilding #nophotoshop #bowie #davidrobertjones #derekboshier #albumcover #davidbowieis #legend #iconic #ripbowie #iconicphotograph #monochrome #photographer #blackandwhitephoto #filmsnotdead #1979 #fallingman #photoshoot #behindthescenes
