Keith Waterhouse was a British Writer and known for his lifelong collaborations with Willis Hall.
Born in Leeds in 1929, Waterhouse began his career writing for the Yorkshire Evening Post. From there he joined the Mirror and became a playwright and a novelist. His 1959 book “Billy Liar” was subsequently filmed by John Schlesinger with Tom Courtenay in the part of Billy
Shot by Duffy for Vogue for the article “Vogue’s eye view” by Mary Holland featuring the playwriting team “Waterhall Productions.” The issue of Vogue was released in March 1961.
